WHEN YOU ORDER

When you place an order with Chantilly Lace & Lingerie:

  • We acknowledge your order by e-mail upon receipt of your order form. This e-mail will be your invoice and include details of your order and postage & packaging costs. Post and packaging costs are calculated automatically by the system, based on delivery location and number of items.
    Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct.

  • We endeavour to fulfil your choice of garment, size and colour. If there are any problems with any of these we will inform you immediately by e-mail or phone and offer an alternative to you without prejudice. Please note that the pictures shown are an illustration of the garments only and that the laces and trims may vary.

  • Dispatch the goods to your specified address by your chosen postage method within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order.
    Please note: Goods are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays only.
    Overnight delivery is no longer available.

  • Your order will be sent in a plain envelope/packet.

RETURNS

  • In the event of any problems please e-mail us immediately at Chantilly stating the problem. Then send back your garments within 28 days, undamaged and in the original packaging, together with a note explaining the reasons for the return. Please print out and fill in the returns form and send this together with your returned garment.

  • We will then offer you an alternative garment/size/colour or a refund (excluding p&p). In the event of a replacement garment we will endeavour to dispatch within 3-5 working days of receipt of original goods and e-mail you when it has been sent.

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons washed or worn garments cannot be exchanged.
    When trying on garments please wear something underneath.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch cards on our online ordering system.

  • All garment are priced in Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T. at 17.5%.
    If paying by cheque, clearance will be necessary before goods can be dispatched.

  • You will receive a detailed invoice with your order and payment will not be debited from your card until the order is ready for dispatch.

  • Overseas orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

  • We reserve the right to check that the cardholder lives at the stated address and may withhold an order in the event of discrepancies.

  • Please note: Due to numerous payment problems we do NOT ship to Indonesia.

  • The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Our site is constantly being upgraded and changed. If you encounter any problems when using our site, or have any comments or suggestions please contact us at Chantilly and we will endeavour to rectify the problem Immediately.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

  • In the unlikely event of an order being unsatisfactory or unsuitable customers can cancel their order up to 7 working days from the day after they receive the goods. They must inform us by e-mail and return the goods in merchantable condition with the original packaging to us. We will then issue a refund (excluding p&p) via the customers Credit Card or another chosen method.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy consists of the following statement:

The information we collect from customers is only used to process and deliver an order.

The information we collect consists of the information supplied by customers at the point of sale using the online order form, the non-internet order form or our enquiry form.

This information is:

  • Customers name.
  • Customers address.
  • Recipients name and address (optional).
  • Customers Phone Number.
  • Customers Email Address.
  • Customers Credit/Debit Card Details.
  • Customers Message on gift card.
  • Date of all transactions including refunds.

The information we have willl be as accurate and up to date as your last transaction with us. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If there are any mistakes or inaccuracies we will delete or correct it immediately.
We will not release or sell any information to any third party......ever.
